The Scholastic Book Fair is rolling into the Blazer Library early—starting Wednesday, November 5th!

Students will have the chance to shop through Friday, November 14th during homeroom, lunch, or with teacher permission. Please note that sales include tax, and we round to the nearest dollar to donate to Share the Fair, a program that helps give students a chance to get a book—even if they might not otherwise have the opportunity.

This year, our goal is to purchase a CoLibri e-DaVinci book covering machine, which will double the life of our library books and help us protect our collection for years to come. The cost is $1,899.99, and we’ve already raised $797.04—every book fair purchase helps us get one step closer!

**Digital Citizenship Week Oct. 20th-24th** is a time to help students learn how to use technology safely, responsibly, and respectfully. Throughout the week, we’ll share helpful resources and tips with students and families about online safety, protecting personal information, showing kindness on social media, and thinking critically about what they see online. Our goal is to support students in becoming smart, responsible digital citizens—both in and out of the classroom!

**Today’s Tip:** Help your child find balance in their media life! A balanced media life helps kids stay focused, rested, and connected to the world around them.

Students enrolled in NMHS Dual Enrollment, Honors, or AP courses who need a Chromebook for summer coursework must complete the Google Form to request one. See flyer attached for more information regarding the designated pickup day/time and important things to know, along with the Google Form link.

Family and friends of all 8th grade students are cordially invited to attend Bagley Middle School's Commit to Graduate Ceremony on Friday, May 23rd. Students must wear a white shirt and blue jeans. Girls may wear a white dress but should be within dress code. If you need assistance with meeting the dress requirements, please contact the school. Students may leave after the ceremony but must be signed out with their homeroom teacher.

Attention parents of Bagley Middle School football players: Please note that the football parent meeting has been rescheduled. It will now take place on Monday, April 28th at 6:30 PM in the North Murray High School library. A parent or guardian must be present at the meeting. Thank you for your understanding and support!

NMHS Rising Freshmen: NMHS has entered all your selections into your course plan. If you would like to review it or rearrange any of your selections, the instructions are can be found by following the link in the message sent to your school email or scan the QR code in the attachment. Also, a reminder if you want to apply for ANY HONORS COURSES, you MUST FILL OUT the Google Form. The deadline to make any changes or apply for honors courses is January 7th.
